It’s your wedding day. What do you imagine? Do you see tea lights with stunning white roses? Do you picture a quiet ceremony under the stars? Whatever your dream may be, let us make it happen. With our ballroom and beautiful grounds nearby, we know you will fall in love with our venue.
As a beautifully restored home, it speaks of the Old South, much like Tara from Gone with the Wind. Here you will find a stunning ballroom perfect for ceremonies and receptions and, of course, dancing the night away. You will be afforded all the luxuries of a grand house including spacious rooms, a parlor, and plenty of bathrooms. The grounds of the home are something extraordinary all on their own. With wispy willows, and intricate ivy that grows wild and luscious gardens, you will be left in amazement.

Our baseline rental prices are as follows:
Wedding/Reception: $5,000.00
120-175 Gold Chiavari Chairs, 200 white resin chairs, tables with linens set up for guests and food, 2 hr bridal session, and a nice bar is available for your drink station. 8 (Eight) hours are allowed for decorating with a rehearsal the day prior to event. 16 (Sixteen) hours are included the day of the event for the bride and her party to enjoy their day getting ready along with vendors being able to prepare. Guests can start arriving 30 minutes prior to event.
This includes:
Outside licensed caterers are allowed as well as other vendors. We can set those vendors up for you or you can bring your own. More time is available for your event for an additional fee. You may inquire about those hours and fees at time of booking. This must be scheduled in advance.
Reception Only: $4,500.00
This includes 120-175 Gold Chiavari Chairs and tables with linens for tables all set up for your event, 2 hr bridal session, a bar for your drink station, 7 (Seven) hours are allowed for set up the day prior to event and the bridal party may get ready at Melady House the day of the event as well as vendors being able to prepare.
